DACU UWP Digital Art and Music Festival 001: Slut Online

Taipei Digital Arts Center’s 2024 Spring Program 𝔻𝔸ℂ𝕌 , a series of diverse performances/parties and video projection projects are being collaboratively curated by DAC artist-in-residence– Yeh Ting-hao, XTRUX, and new friend DJ Jing Lekker.

On March 2nd, UWP Digital Art and Music Festival 001: Slut Online will be led by DJ Jing Lekker a.k.a. 郵票小姐. The festival specially invites the participation and collaboration of European avant-garde digital artist and sound producer Slut Online for the “UWP Digital Art and Music Festival.” Combining digital art, live music performances, workshops, and 3D holographic projection, the festival connects artists and musicians from Europe and Taiwan, breaking geographical boundaries and establishing a new community for the new human being, bringing old friends and new acquaintanceships to the Taipei Digital Art Center for a brand new audiovisual experience!

The event invites rap singer RICHBOI 周譽, R&B singer Lynzie 零. Many unreleased limited edition singles will be performed during the festival. Additionally, Swiss sound experimental group reConvert will also be performing. Though reConvert seemingly has no instruments, they encompass all sounds, pushing the boundaries of imagination. Lastly, an important member of the Taiwan Society for Psychical Research, 往櫺 𝘞𝘖𝘕𝘎𝘓𝘐𝘕𝘎 ૐ, will present a digital blessing performance.

Beyond the music performances, Jing Lekker and Slut Online have organized two workshops,a DJ workshop and a TouchDesigner workshop, not only to share the practical experiences of the two artists but also to welcome interested audiences to actively participate. Under the guidance of professional creators, participants will step into the world of TouchDesigner and DJ!
